Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions
- Monitor and follow up on service delivery to ensure client expectations are met
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues or implement requested changes
- Gather client feedback and relay suggestions to management for improvement
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
- Attend client meetings, presentations, or events when necessary
- Manages external personnel assigned to client accounts
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional courteous, and customer-focused attitude
Job Specification and Work Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or client relationship roles.
- Salary:
