Job Description
2. Provide answers to general warranty inquiries.
3. Provide assistance in all related application queries.
4. Proactive call for customer maintenance schedule.
5. Follow up calls in a specific period.
6. Responsible in dissemination of information to customers.
7. Handle and endorse customer complaints and inquiries.
8. Maintain customer database.
Qualifications*
1. Graduate of any business course.
2. Preferably with customer service background or experience.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn.
5. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
