Marketing Assistant

 Manages and updates social media profiles, schedule posts, and engagement with the online community to enhance brand presence.
 Assists in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts and scheduled advertisements.
 Addresses online enquiries from possible clients from all social media platforms, groups, and pages as well as answers phone calls from sub-dealers, partners,
and suppliers.
 Assists in reporting/reminding current statuses starting from inquiring to closing of sale
 Assists in scheduling of bookings, other logistic expenses (Food,
accommodations, mode of transportation), and payments for Marketing events.
 Assists the Sales and Marketing Department as they see fit under this scope of works
