Job Description
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Atleast 5 years experience in handling Employee Relations
- Willing to work in Jupiter Street Makati City
- Willing to start ASAP
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Plans and oversees daily operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Fosters a positive work environment and promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitors and analyzes operational performance to address issues and optimize workflows.
• Engages with ACCESS’ members to address concerns and gather feedback.
• Ensures that ACCESS’ services meet the needs and expectations of its members.
• Responsible for discreet visitation and observation of deployed member-employees.
• Analyzes infractions and considers disciplinary actions.
• Conducts investigations, if necessary.
• Provides counseling to member-employees.
• Supervises and makes sure that due process is followed during termination/end of contract.
• Addresses operational issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Makes informed decisions based on data and analysis.
• Prepares and presents regular reports on operational performance to the ACCESS’ board or management.
• Maintains accurate records related to operations, finances, and staff.
• Coordinates and discusses important matters to management that require major decisions.
