Job Description

Qualifications:
● At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar sales or catering role

● Strong communication and client servicing skills

● Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute catering sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

● Respond to inbound inquiries (email, phone, social media) and conduct outbound lead generation

● Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and contracts

● Create customized proposals based on client requirements

● Coordinate with culinary, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution

● Attend tastings, venue visits, and client meetings

● Stay updated on food trends and market insights

● Ensure professional brand representation at events

● Conduct post-event follow-ups and nurture repeat business relationships
