Job Description

• Must be a College Graduate
•2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/
aesthetic field
• Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
•Proven people management skills, capable of building arnd leading high performing
teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
•Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.
• A positive 'can do' attitude.
•Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of
'management'.
• A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety.
•Experience of COC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
•Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry

Duties and Responsibilities

•Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer
booking, staff scheduling.
•Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Aestheticians for them to
as providing product and service expertise
meet and exceed sales goals.
•Perform operational store functions such
to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.

Salary:
