- The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) was created through Executive Order No. 272 (E.O.272), which directs the transfer of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP), Abot Kaya Pabahay Fund (AKPF) Program, and other social housing powers and functions of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation to the SHFC. Under E.O. 272, the SHFC shall be the lead government agency to undertake social housing programs that will cater to the formal and informal sectors in the low-income bracket and shall take charge of developing and administering social housing program schemes, particularly the CMP and the AKPF Program (amortization support program and development financing program).

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develops visual communication materials;
2. Designs and produces creative visual content for official SHFC campaigns, events, reports, and information materials, both digital and print;
3. Create graphics for public advisories, social media posts, infographics, brochures, and advocacy materials;
4. Contributes to the development of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) tools that support housing programs, and gender mainstreaming;
5. Designs visual assets for SHFC's website and social media channels, ensuring materials are timely, relevant, and responsive to current events or campaigns;
6. Designs layouts for SHFC publications, annual reports, manuals codes of conduct, and other official documents as requested;
7. Prepares press-ready files and coordinates with printing service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed materials;
8. Organizes and maintains an archive of design assets, templates, and finalized artworks for easy reference and future use;
9. Documents SHFC events, site visits, and interviews through high-quality photography and video coverage;
10. Produces videos and reels, including basic editing, subtitles, transitions, and branding overlays;
11. Organizes and manages an archive of photos, videos, design assets, and final outputs for easy access and retrieval;
12. Responds to design, photography, and video coverage needs of various departments, under the direction of Strategic Communications; and
13. Keeps abreast of design, photography, and videography trends, software, and techniques to enhance SHFC's visual communications.
