Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Layout Artist / Graphic Artist to join our team. This role is responsible for designing visual content for both print and digital media, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual output. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, layout, typography, and color, with the ability to transform concepts into visually engaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, packaging, posters, social media assets, and website graphics.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools—particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign—to develop and refine graphic materials.
- Retouch, manipulate, and optimize images and layouts to meet branding, technical, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to translate creative briefs into effective visual designs.
- Ensure all artwork is aligned with the company’s brand identity and visual standards.
- Prepare final graphics and layouts for print production and digital deployment, ensuring file accuracy, color fidelity, and resolution.
- Support the development of product packaging concepts and promotional materials in coordination with product development and sales teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offer creative input, and stay updated on current design trends and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects with varying timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of all creative assets.
- Work on-site in Malate, Manila, and coordinate with team members to meet daily and weekly creative output goals.
