Job Description
WalterMart Food Corporation is looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainees for deployment to McDonald’s Philippines – Pasay branch. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, eager to lead teams, and ready to grow in a fast-paced food service environment.
II. Competencies

lll. Key Responsibilities:
Undergo comprehensive training in all areas of restaurant operations.
Assist in managing daily store activities including food safety, inventory, crew supervision, and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve store targets and deliver excellent service.
Ensure compliance with McDonald’s operational standards and safety protocols.
Support store management in planning, scheduling, and reporting functions.
IV. Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of a 4-year Management-related course.
At least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in the retail or food industry, ideally with exposure to customer service, team coordination, and store operations.
Willing to undergo training in all areas of store operations, including crew management, customer service, inventory management, and store compliance.
Willing to be assigned McDonald’s Pasay branch under WalterMart Food Group Corporation, and work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, while supporting operations as needed.
