Job Description

Job Title: Associate – Career Support
Work Location: 100% On-site – BGC, Taguig City, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT (night shift)
Note: Shift may adjust based on Daylight Saving Time or business needs

Job Summary:
As an Associate for Career Support, you will play a key role in helping job seekers succeed in their employment journey by matching them with the right opportunities and preparing them for the hiring process. This role combines elements of career coaching, recruitment coordination, and talent acquisition, with the goal of maximizing successful job placements through proactive and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Seeker Support
Review candidate profiles and resumes to evaluate strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Match job seekers to relevant job openings based on skills, experience, and market demand.
Provide coaching and actionable feedback to enhance resumes, online profiles, and interview readiness.
Guide job seekers on employer expectations and role-specific requirements.

Employer & Hiring Partner Support
Manage end-to-end coordination of interviews between employers and job seekers.
Communicate with employers to provide a steady pipeline of qualified, pre-screene candidates.
Support hiring partners with logistics, candidate communication, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Adapt sourcing and matching strategies based on hiring outcomes and feedback.

Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in US Talent Acquisition, RPO, or staffing agency.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and tools simultaneously.
Strong business English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable interacting with hiring managers, directors, and potentially C-level executives.
Excellent phone etiquette, capable of handling volume outbound/inbound calls.

Preferred:
2+ years’ experience in healthcare recruitment.
Strong negotiation skills, particularly in offer management.
Experience with volume and seasonal hiring, as well as niche roles.

Salary:
