Job Description
Work Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote – Anywhere in the Philippines
Shift: PH Night Shift (10:00 PM), Monday to Friday
What You’ll Be Doing:
Onboard clients by installing data services, discovering systems, and organizing info for engineers.
Troubleshoot and validate automated fault detection for HVAC equipment.
Support and train users on data connectivity, DDC systems, and diagnostics tools.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project milestones with high-quality results.
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or 1–2 years of relevant HVAC/controls experience.
Strong grasp of BAS protocols (BACnet, OBIX, Modbus) and networking concepts.
Excellent communication and customer support skills.
Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and a quick learner.
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with automated commissioning, performance monitoring, or FDD systems.
Familiarity with Project Haystack or similar tagging/metadata tools.
Advanced Excel skills.
