Responsibilities:
- Edit 3-5 high-quality short-form videos daily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Add smooth transitions, text animations, captions, and effects.
- Optimize videos for platform algorithms.
- Stay updated on trending video styles and social media formats.
- Manage and organize media assets in Google Drive and ClickUp.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams.
- Deliver fast turnaround times while maintaining quality.
- Apply color grading, audio enhancement, and motion graphics.
- Monitor video performance and improve content based on data.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in short-form video editing for social media.
- Proficiency in CapCut (preferred) or Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Ability to develop strong hooks and high-retention videos.
- Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design (a plus).
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable workstation.
