Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer

Employer is a fintech company revolutionizing lending industry with innovative app.
We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to craft engaging visuals that enhance
user experience and communicate financial concepts effectively.

Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000
Work Location: Brgy. Santolan, Pasig City
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and a
minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar role.
 Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
 Knowledge of mobile and web design principles and experience with UX/UI design.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
 A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, exceptional design skills, and a
clear understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
 Experience with user experience (UX) design principles (a plus).
 Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
 Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
effectively.
 Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
 A passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
 Experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio of digital projects.
 Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Canva or Adobe XD.
 Understanding of user-centered design principles.
 Ability to create interactive prototypes for usability testing.
 Familiarity with motion graphics or animation software (a plus).

Key Responsibilities
 Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, apps, and digital
products.
 Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
 Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
 Develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social
media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
 Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design outcomes.
 Creating and developing layouts and designs for campaigns.
 Develop and maintain a consistent UI style guide.
 Stay up-to-date with design trends and implement innovative ideas.
 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
 Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives
 Manage design workflow from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and
maintaining high-quality deliverables.
