Job Description

2. Duties and Responsibilities
2.1 Preparation and processing of all documentary requirements for annual permit
application.
2.2 Preparation of staff’s schedule
2.3 Supervision of clinic supplies and ensures proper monitoring and accountability of supplies.
2.4 Preparation of purchase order including coordination with the supplier.
2.5 Monitoring machine’s maintenance or repair schedules
2.6 Timekeeping for payroll
2.7 Preparation, issuances, and filing of company memos, directives and announcements in coordination with head office
2.8 Approval of employee leaves / Overtime in coordination with head office
2.9 Sales accountability – Sales audit and bank deposit monitoring
2.10 Sales encoding and reporting / Cash receipts book
2.11 Petty cash custodian which includes timely petty cash replenishments and completeness of supporting documents.
2.12 Other administrative concerns

Salary Range
Php 20,000- 25,000 salary
