Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. If you are passionate about HR, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to various HR functions, we invite you to apply for this internship opportunity
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and reviewing resumes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and participate in the interview process.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, BS in Psychology and etc.).
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
