Job Description
* Support the business unit on HR related matters such as entire employee lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding activities, talent management, employee retention, compensation an benefits, performance management, retirement etc.
* Providing HR recommendations to key leaders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR planning.
* Implement/Manage the implementation of HR programs
* Monitor headcount and staff costs against budget, ensuring adherence to planned budget and using data to support decision making.
* Building strong relationship with internal stakeholders and being the key advisor for HR related queries within the business unit.
* Manage HR-related risks and ensure proper documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with local laws and firm's policies.
* Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
* Manage performance management processes, providing tools and guidance for leaders to deliver effective feedback and development plans.
* Foster employee engagement by partnering with leaders to create a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
* Provide support on the other areas of Human Resources practice when required and to assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks where necessary.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
* At least 4 years of relevant experience in similar setting/industry preferred.
* Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and regional HR teams to deliver strategic HR solutions.
* Strong knowledge of Philippines' employment laws and regulations.
* A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and comfortable to engage with senior management level and ability to work independently.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities within time constraints.
* High level of maturity, adaptability, and accountability.
