Job Description
➤ Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquisition approach and turning them into long term partnership.
➤ Developing and maintaining the merchant acquisition target list.
➤ Initiate contact with potential clients/ merchants via phone calls, emails, meetings, off-line meetups etc. to build a strong relationship
with them., and introduce the company's payment products and services to them.
➤ Understand merchants' needs, provide professional sales consultation and solutions, and facilitate business cooperation.
➤ Maintain existing merchant relationships by regularly visiting clients, gathering feedback, and enhancing client satisfaction.
➤ Assist in developing sales strategies and plans, participate in marketing activities, and enhance brand visibility.
➤ Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation
➤At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales with leading online payment platforms such as Gcash, Maya, and Coins.ph.
