Job Description
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR regulations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger records.
- Cost Accounting & Inventory Management
- Oversee costing of raw materials, production costs, and overhead expenses.
- Monitor inventory valuation and perform cost analysis for profitability.
- Recommend cost-saving measures while maintaining production efficiency.
- Tax Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
- Prepare and file BIR tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with SEC, BIR, and other government agencies.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Payroll & Accounts Management
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate tax deductions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Implement strong internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
- Improve accounting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
