Job Description
2. Coordination with Agencies - Liaise with municipal departments and regulatory bodies to expedite approvals
3. Documentation and Compliance - Maintain accurate records of permits, renewals, and regulatory requirements
4. Project Support - Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to align permit timelines with construction schedules
5. Regulatory Updates - Stay informed about changes in building codes and permit requirements
6. Issue Resolution to address permit-related concerns, ensuring smooth project execution
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in permit coordination within constructions or interior-fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of local building codes and permit processes
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
