Job Description
• Prepare LEED Program.
• Conduct site compliance inspections and evaluation.
• Conduct site implementation, monitoring and supervision of civil/ structural works on site.
• Coordinates and supervises all construction groups.
• Prepare regular report such as site compliance report and material credit status.
• Presentation of LEED status Report during PTG meeting.
• Assist project LEED Consultant/Facilitator during site compliance inspection on a monthly basis. (a) Discuss Consultant/Facilitator findings to the operation during toolbox meeting. (b)Prepare and present action taken.
• Monitoring and tracking of materials on SRF (Submittal Review Form).
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Civil Engineering.
• At least 1-2 year experience in construction.
• Experience in LEED works is required to the position.
• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledgeable in Construction Material Specification and Execution is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in ISO Quality Management System implementation is preferred.
