Storekeeper / Warehouse Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the production team by ensuring efficient flow and storage of materials and supplies. This role is critical in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the facility run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, store, and issue materials, tools, equipment, and other stock items.
Maintain and update inventory records accurately using stock cards or inventory software.
Monitor and report inventory levels, restocking needs, and possible discrepancies.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse/storage area.
Coordinate with the procurement and production departments for timely delivery and issuance of items.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with a background in logistics or warehouse operations.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehousing.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel; knowledge of inventory systems is a plus).
Responsible, and able to handle warehouse work.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Honest, dependable, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
