Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Staff member to support our facility’s technological infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of networks, equipment, and business systems across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for software, hardware, printers, scanners, and network systems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Ensure data backup, recovery, and network security procedures are in place and followed.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when needed.
Assist in setting up systems and IT processes for new departments and equipment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
Knowledge of network systems, hardware troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.
Experience with Microsoft Office and server management is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
