The Role
We’re seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital presence. You’ll take ownership of content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking across our social channels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and growth

- Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

- Manage paid ad campaigns and coordinate with influencers

- Monitor performance analytics to optimize reach, conversions, and ROI

- Enhance landing pages and sales funnels for lead generation

- Write compelling ad copy and deliver insightful marketing reports

- Stay updated on digital trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media and digital marketing

- Proficient in content design tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar)

- Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)

- Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset

- Comfortable using AI tools and collaborating remotely

- Self-motivated with excellent time management
