.Net Developer Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Software Engineer Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing, supporting, and maintaining high-performance software applications and systems. You'll work alongside a team of skilled developers to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-centric platforms. This role blends hands-on coding, system support, proactive monitoring, and collaboration, making it ideal for someone passionate about full-stack development and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Application Support
Provide technical support for applications, integrations, and database programs in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain thorough documentation of solutions and troubleshooting processes.
Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js, Java Spring Boot, and .NET Core.
Build intuitive and responsive UIs with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Create and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs with SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB.
Follow best practices for code quality, version control (Git), and continuous integration.
Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for seamless deployments and system reliability.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts for applications and support processes.
Proactive Monitoring
Set up and manage application and database monitoring tools to identify issues before they impact users.
Develop dashboards and reports for system health and performance.
Technical Leadership
Stay updated on industry trends, development practices, and emerging technologies.
Promote knowledge sharing and support peer learning and mentorship within the team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and supporting .NET or Java Spring Boot applications and relational databases.
Strong command of PL/SQL, T-SQL, and performance tuning techniques.
Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
