Job Description

Well-versed in transaction work. Legal Counsel for the Corporate Legal Services department, who will be reporting directly to the Corporate Legal Services Head. The role will handle corporate housekeeping and transaction work (heavy in M&A work, including deal structuring, due diligence, and documentation, as well as project financing). At least 7 years of work experience in a reputable law firm. Prior energy practice is not required, but good to have.

Salary:: 150.000,00 ₱ Monthly
