Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects related to web development, SEO, graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Assign tasks to graphic designers, developers, SEO specialists, etc.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Client Communication & Management:
- Serve as clients' main point of contact, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and Operations Manager.
- Gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
Team Coordination & Resource Management:
- Collaborate with different teams, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Allocate resources effectively based on project demands.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in project execution.
Quality Control & Performance Monitoring:
- Ensure the final deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct quality checks on websites, SEO strategies, and creative assets before delivery.
- Use analytics and performance metrics to track project success.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
- Identify ways to improve project management processes and team efficiency.
- Prepare reports on project performance, timelines, and resource utilization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any degree program.
At least 6 months of project management experience in a digital marketing agency or related field.
Having work experience or a good understanding of any of the following fields: web development, SEO, graphic design, or digital marketing.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
