Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design eye-catching graphics for a wide range of digital marketing materials (social media, email campaigns, presentations, etc.)
- Edit and produce engaging video content tailored for various platforms
- Collaborate on the development of strategy decks and creative presentations with a focus on high design quality
- Maintain and evolve documentation for brand assets, templates, and guidelines
- Incorporate feedback efficiently to deliver polished final designs
MUST-HAVE SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow creative direction
- Experience with digital, web, and graphic design across multiple brand styles
- High creativity and adaptability
- Proven video editing abilities
BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE):
- UI/UX design
- Copywriting
- Brand and logo creation
- Digital illustration
TOOLS & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
You should be proficient in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Canva
- Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.)
Bonus if you're familiar with:
- Figma
- Premiere Pro or other video editing software
- 3D tools (e.g., 3ds Max – optional)
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Digital Media, Visual Arts, or Graphic Design degrees
- Experience in creative agencies, marketing teams, or freelance projects
- A solid portfolio showcasing 2D graphic design and video work
- Passion for branding and storytelling through visuals
