Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE: A Japanese Manufacturing Company producing ICT, communication equipment and peripherals devices

-Position: Production Supervisor
-Company Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Company
-Work Location: Olongapo Zambales
-Work Schedule: Regular Schedule
-Salary: Php 23,000 - Php 33,000 gross
-Work Set-Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of any bachelor degree.
-Have 5 years experience in Supervisory works.
-Atleast have work experience in Manufacturing company
-Have experience in NC Lathe Machines and other production machinery is an advantage.
-Willing to work in Olongapo, Zambales

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible work of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, data analysis, and communication.
-Supervise a team of production engineers.
-Collaborate with other engineers to develop plans for process improvement.
-Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training
-Support the implementation of new processes in addition to designing them
