Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies specifically aligned with the LPG industry and regional market.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team assigned in Abucay and nearby areas to meet or exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities, including resellers, commercial and industrial clients, and partnerships.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and regularly conduct customer visits and site assessments.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management, including price competitiveness and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with DOE, LPG safety standards, and local regulatory requirements related to product handling and distribution.
Collaborate with the logistics and plant operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and contract negotiations professionally and efficiently.
Organize and represent the company at local trade events or business forums relevant to LPG sales.
Coordinate with marketing to design region-specific promotions and awareness campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
At least 3–5 years of sales experience in the LPG, energy, or related industries.
Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
Knowledge of LPG product specifications, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
Proficient in sales reporting, budgeting, and customer management systems (e.g., CRM tools).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Must be willing to be assigned in or travel to Abucay, Bataan and nearby areas.
