Job Description

The Marketing Head leads and manages the LPG sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and build strong and sustainable relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional clients. The role includes planning and executing LPG-specific sales strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring sales team performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in the LPG sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales volume targets and profitability goals in the LPG market.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team in achieving individual and group sales targets.

Identify and expand business with industrial, commercial, and residential LPG clients.

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, refillers, and retailers.

Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, specifically tailored to LPG operations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute trade promotions, campaigns, and dealer activities.

Conduct regular competitor and market analysis, particularly in pricing, distribution, and consumption trends.

Ensure full compliance with industry regulations (e.g., DOE, DTI, LGUs) for all sales activities.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely deliveries, collections, and account resolution.

Represent the company in LPG trade shows, industry forums, and dealer conferences as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum of 3–5 years experience in LPG sales or petroleum-related industry.

Strong understanding of LPG products, distribution channels, and market behavior.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
