Job Description
What you'll be doing
Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Identify and escalate complex customer concerns as needed
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
