As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Marketing Team, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for various real estate projects. Your role will involve a combination of task management, communication, creative collaboration, vendor relationship management, and project coordination.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordination of a variety of events, developing content for email campaigns, and coordination of project photography and social media strategy.
Provide support to the Sales Team to ensure they have the tools necessary to perform their role.
Set up, create and maintain new project vendor accounts and relationships. Work with the Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Director in producing, editing and proofing various marketing collateral including signage, stationary, brochures, floorplans, feature sheets, flyers and more.
Serve as the principal point of contact for all vendor communications and meticulously coordinate vendor interactions under the guidance of the project’s Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Director.
Support the Marketing Director and/or Marketing Manager during the Presentation Centre marketing build-out. Ensure accurate record keeping, filing and use of platforms.
Work with creative agencies in producing, editing, and proofing various marketing collateral, including signage, stationary, brochures, floorplans, feature sheets, flyers, and more
Provide valued commentary on creative assets’ design and function, including but not limited to: brochures, renderings, websites, A kits, signage, PC graphics, inserts, etc.
Manages logistics for installations, supply orders, and vendor communication.
Ensure meeting agendas are created ahead of each meeting and meeting minutes are captured and circulated afterward.
Provide support to the Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Director, accommodating their diverse requests with efficiency and professionalism.
Facilitate the seamless coordination of all marketing assets, guaranteeing the adherence to marketing deadlines, as directed by the Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Director.
Work in Spark (or the CRM being used) to manage and organize the database while creating templates and sending out e-blasts.
Support the Director/Manager during the Presentation Centre marketing build-out.
Ensure accurate record-keeping, filing, and use of platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Solid experience as a Marketing Coordinator, preferably in the real estate industry.
Ability to work effectively and independently.
Effective and efficient task management and execution.
Strong written and verbal communication with vendors and clients.
Solid understanding of marketing strategies and fundamentals.
Experience using Slack, Spark, Monday.com, or similar software.
Experience working with US, Canadian, or other offshore clients.
