Job Description
・Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
・Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the drone industry, specifically in agricultural or industrial applications (not hobby or recreational drones).
・Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally in tech or agritech sectors.
・Solid understanding of agricultural practices and how drones can be applied (e.g., crop monitoring, spraying, surveying).
・Strong communication and client engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
・Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
・Ability to analyze market trends and create actionable go-to-market strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for agricultural drones in the Philippines.
-Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in agriculture and related industries.
-Promote and sell high-quality, industry-specific drone solutions.
-Stay updated on drone technologies, applications, and regulatory trends.
-Collaborate with regional teams to align with our company broader innovation goals.
