Job Description
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: PHP 40,000 to PHP 50,000 (Based on experience)
Job Overview:
As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will help design and execute marketing programs aimed at strengthening brand presence in retail spaces. You’ll collaborate with account managers, creatives, vendors, and influencers to bring marketing plans to life. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Management: Actively participate in managing the marketing budget for optimal allocation.
- Event Coordination: Lead efforts to secure the marketing calendar of events with retailers and align with company objectives.
- Marketing Materials: Spearhead the creation and publication of promotional materials in collaboration with account managers and retail clients.
- Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration with creative agencies (graphic artists, photographers, videographers), print providers, and influencers.
- Business Proposals: Lead the creation of comprehensive business proposals, including costing and mockups, tailored to client needs.
- Event Execution: Play a key role in the visual execution of décor for events and retail planograms.
- Promotions and Proposals: Lead the implementation of marketing promotions in supermarkets, developing innovative mechanics and proposals.
- Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of sampling reports, online ad campaigns, and event performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Catalog Management: Take ownership of updating the product catalog for account managers, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Online Activities: Manage daily online activities, including customer inquiries and social media updates.
- Market Research: Oversee external vendors and competitor analysis, gathering data on consumer behavior to inform strategy.
- Training and Orientation: Lead the coordination of yearly product orientation sessions for clients and retail staff.
- Client Presentations: Actively participate in the ideation and presentation of the product line to potential and existing distributors.
- Event Oversight: Provide oversight for marketing events supporting clients, ensuring seamless execution.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in Marketing or equivalent.
- Knowledge of GMP and FMCG qualifications or retail background.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in digital trade marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Video Editing Apps.
- Experience in developing marketing programs for retail outlets.
