Job Description

Client Profile: Here in the Philippines, they were established in 2019. But they are owned by one of the largest non-banks and the market leader in consumer financing in Japan. They finance loans for used cars.

Position: Collections Manager
Company Industry: Financial Company

Salary Offer: Php 70,000 – Php 90,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 3 years of experience in Auto Loans collection
Experience working in banks and financing institutions
Amendable to attend face to face interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee accounts from early delinquency to recovery of the auto loan collections operations.
Create and put into action efficient collection plans and process enhancements.
Keep an eye on metrics related to collection performance and make sure that collection goals are reached.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and suggest policy improvements.
Make sure that internal collecting procedures and legal requirements are strictly followed.
Work together with internal departments to handle customer concerns and expedite resolutions.
Lead and coach a group of collection officers.
