Client Profile: This Company main Branch is in Japan and also have four partnership both in domestic and overseas, it is also established in June 1954. their company industry is focused on financial services such as bill collection and leases services.

Position: Credit Senior Manager

Salary: Php 140,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
At least 5-10 years experience in Financing or Banking industry under Credit Control/Risk Management
At least 2 years experience in Loan Credit Risk and excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills.
Willing to work onsite.
Amendable to attend face-to-face interview when requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop framework or processes for accounts risk management including credit evaluation and financial performance across financing products of JFP.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Provides support, direction and internal policies to ensure maintains a quality credit evaluation process.
Escalating, managing and reporting control issues of group with transparency.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and to other team members.
