Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare architectural plans, detailed drawings, and permit documents
-Conduct site inspections and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
-Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing teams
-Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations (e.g., NBCP, BP 344)
-Oversee design implementation from concept to completion
-Attend client and coordination meetings as needed
Qualifications:
-Licensed Architect (PRC)
-At least 2 years of relevant work experience in design and/or construction
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
-Strong understanding of local building codes and construction detailing
-Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills
-Willing to work on-site when required (San Juan City and project sites)
