Job Description

Junior Architect for Production;
* Assist the Senior Architect/Project Architect in the development of design drawings.
* Develop and produce accurate Architectural Working Drawings for projects which will include but not limited to the following:
*Room Details; Project Furniture Layout; Project Power Layout; Project Reflected Ceiling Plans and Switching Layout; Schedule of Openings; Misc. Architectural Details (e.g. Stair, Planter, Railing details); Outline Specifications; 3D modeling structure or specific rooms/features of the building.
*Assist the Senior Architect/Project Architect in Communicating with structural, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, mechanical and electronic engineers.
*Responsible for coordinating the accurate plotting & blueprinting of complete bid documents and FCD (for construction drawings)
