Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and support tasks through chat or email channels
• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues while maintaining high service quality
• Update records and maintain data confidentiality across platforms
Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a non-voice role and collaborate in a fast-paced team setting
