Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Help customers with questions about home appliance products
• Walk callers through basic troubleshooting steps
• Schedule repairs or connect customers to service centers
• Keep records of customer interactions and solutions
• Make sure every call ends with a satisfied customer
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
