Job Description

Job Qualification:

* Civil Engineering Graduate
* With Professional Driver's License RS 1,2,3
* 2-year Experience in Building Administration and Maintenance
* With unquestionable integrity
* Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* With good interpersonal or people skills

Salary Range:
Starting From: Php 30,000.00
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (Half day of Saturday during probationary)
Monday to Friday (Upon regularization)
Work Location:
Aspac International Inc. - Kaingin Road, Multinational Village, Parañaque City
