Customer Interaction:
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing assistance and support.
Inquiry Handling:
- Answering questions about products, services, pricing, and other related topics.
Problem Resolution:
- Addressing customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently and effectively.
Escalation:
- Knowing when to escalate complex issues or concerns to higher-level support.
