Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer service or finance and banking industry.
- Proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
Job Description:
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing clients
- Manages accounts by providing support after the sale
- Collects client feedback to check satisfaction and suggest improvements
- Finds new leads, prepares proposals, and meets with potential clients to present products and close deals
- Works with company leaders to find the best and most cost-effective way to grow the business
- Guides and mentors team members
Working Conditions: Office-based, with potential client meetings; standard business hours.
