Salary Range: ₱30,000 - ₱60,000
Job Summary:
Lead our Makati branch operations and drive business growth through effective team management and client relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations and regulatory compliance
Develop and implement business strategies to meet financial targets
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Manage and mentor branch staff
Maintain high standards of customer service
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience as Branch Operations Officer
Proven track record in business development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5:30PM
