Job Description
Join Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', a leading provider of customer service solutions, as a Customer Service Agent. This full-time position is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental and offers a competitive salary of up to 45,000 PHP as well as a relocation package.
What you'll be doing:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in English and the local language
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
