COMPANY PROFILE: IT Company providing top-notch solutions and seeking a skilled Lead Front-End Designer and Developer to become a member of our team.

Position: Lead Front-End Designer and Developer
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Makati city
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 gross
Work Set-Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in web application development
Proven experience as a Front-End Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
Familiar with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Page design and implement UI/UX solutions.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Develop and implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Lead and mentor the front-end team.
