Senior Front End Developer

Job Title: Senior Front-End Developer (ReactJS/VueJS)
Schedule: Dayshift - Monday to Friday
Contract Duration: 11 months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary Offer: Php 150,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS or VueJS, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to translate wireframes, mockups, and requirements into high-quality front-end code.
- Lead and participate in the architectural design and implementation of front-end solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies or frameworks to improve our development processes and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot bugs, and improve overall application performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, tools, and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong focus on ReactJS or VueJS.
- Proven experience in developing complex web applications using ReactJS or VueJS, with a deep understanding of their core principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
- Experience with NextJS is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of front-end development concepts such as responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows, including Git, npm or Yarn, and build tools like Webpack.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
