Job Description
Are you passionate about connecting talented professionals with top-tier companies? We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant with specialized expertise in serving diverse industries. In this role, you'll handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to endorsing top candidates and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening: Leverage multiple channels to source qualified candidates for client-specific roles. Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Interviews and Assessments: Conduct virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer assessments when required to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
Endorsements and Recommendations: Provide well-crafted candidate endorsements, emphasizing their strengths and alignment with client needs. Offer tailored recommendations to clients based on their preferences and requirements.
Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and support throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration and Coordination: Partner with internal colleagues to streamline recruitment efforts and strategies. Ensure seamless coordination across recruitment processes to meet client expectations.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of candidate profiles and communication logs. Regularly update recruitment metrics and provide performance reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within a consulting firm, manpower agency, or executive search company.
Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate management tools.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Open to working on-site at our Makati office and prepared to arrange a functional work-from-home setup.
