Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports
• Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
• Gathers, analyzes and prioritizes requirements for the projects handled
• Conducts and initiates business and marketing strategies
• Creates test cases and conducts various tests such as alpha, beta and user acceptance testing
• Resolves complex business critical issues encountered during project deployment
• Handles clients based in the Philippines and other assigned regions overseas
• Facilitates group interactions such as meetings, seminars, trainings and product presentations.
• Collaborates with other teams to settle technical and non-technical issues.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent with strong academic background
• Preferably with at least 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Technical Sales, Marketing and Product Management or equivalent
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to interface with technical teams; to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage, influence and persuade others without any direct authority
• Ability to employ sound judgment in complex situations
• Excellent analytical, commercial, project management and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates clear strategic thinking, business analysis and understand group and corporate dynamics
• Possesses strong business acumen
• Ability to manage multiple international and local projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English both written and spoken. (Proficiency in other languages is a plus)
• Willingness to travel
Salary:
₱35,000.00 Monthly
