Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with experience in the construction industry to support our senior executives and project teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the dynamics of construction operations, and can handle both administrative and project-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas and minutes
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, tenders, contracts, and reports
• Track project deadlines, schedules, and deliverables
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Manage email correspondence, travel arrangements, and office communication
• Support bookkeeping, budgeting, and invoice tracking (basic finance understanding preferred)
• Perform ad hoc duties and project support as required

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the construction or building industry
• Preferably with prior experience supporting Australian-based clients or companies
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, terms, and documentation
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
